My head hurts really bad I am 23 weeks pregnant. It has been going on for a couple of days. I can't go to the clinic because my temporary medical is expired. What should I do?

If you can get ahlod of your nurse or doctor you should ask them if you can take ginger. Ginger has anti inflammatory properties in it which helps alleviate headaches colds and even arthritis. But you should check with your doctor first to see if its ok. Hope this helped :)

If you have access to somewhere that you can get your BP checked that would be something to rule out as a cause... some pharmacys have them, im sure there has to be some free clinics that are willing to provide at least this... stay hydrated as your body needs water especially when pregnant so hydration is another common cause for headaches... and tylenol is considered safe... get plenty of sleep... im not sure what else to tell ya... a Dr would be best to talk to but for sure get you BP checked and if it is elevated then id say you need to see a Dr as that can be very serious... good luck
