yep I got the same kind of cramping on both sides of my pelvic area and it's normal but if you're really worried I'd tell them..

Congrats Brown Eyed Girl - only 30 days til i find out i cant wait.

Kirby - I had an emergency scan at 6 weeks 3 days due to cramping and have had constant cramping throughout the entire pregnancy.

Im 15 weeks 1 day now and often have period like pains and shoting pains and even a burning sensation in my lower abdomen.

Ive asked the docs / midwives on several occassions but everything is fine. I am quite small built and its just my body stretching for bub.

Im sure you will be fine :)

If you are really that worried you could demand a u/s but theyl prob just tell you its round ligament pain.

All they gave me was paracetamol which is cr*p so im just grinning and bearing it lol

I would tell them you'll be nervous until they do and u/s....that's one thing they never want is a nervous momma

My doctors office does not have a u/s machine.. i would have to get a referal from them to go over to the hospital. do you think if i request one they will give me one?? Im a little worried with the cramping..and i havent felt the baby move yet. plus it would be nice to find out the sex.. just getting a pelvic exam and using a doppler at there office isnt enough for  me... I havent had a u/s for about a month!
