dizzy spells?

I'm 14 wks+6 and I keep on getting dizzy spells when I stand up. It's been  going on for a good eight weeks now and people tell me that it's normal. Now I can't help being worried because now my brain feels kind of sluggish and I usually only feel like that when I'm really sick, really hingry, or really tired. I'm eating well, I slept good last night, and I don't feel sick, except for this weird feeling. My mom thinks maybe low blood pressure or something with blood sugar?  Should I go get it checked out, because I'm getting worried with this sluggish feeling....  it's been going on for a few days now...

I have the same thing. I lost a LOT of blood with my first born. I had anemia so I had to take iron. Now with my second I'm always dizzy and I'm pretty sure that's what it is

I had all of these symptoms they will check you for many things. Blood pressure, blood sugar, iron and preclampsia.  In my case it was my iron which is easy to fix if gou catch it early. Please go to the doctors and make all your symptoms known. Ic youddon't it will only get worse.
