Another one?

I had an ectopic back in June. I just found out last week that I was 3 weeks pregnant again. Im really scared. My first HCG was 60 and 48 hours later it was 152. My first progesterone was 40 and my second was 35. Im going for an ultrasound next week when my number are higher to make sure everything is where it is supposed to be. I have had no bleeding, some cramping though. My doctor is not really concerned because my progesterone levels indicate a probable healthy intrauterine pregnancy. Im worried because my progesterone levels fell. He said that they fluctuate all the time. Im so worried I feel like I am creating pains in my body.

I know it's hard but you need to relax.  All that worry could cause you problems.  Try to keep reminding yourself NOT to worry unless you are given a really good reason too...your HCG is doulbing as it's supposed to, you're not bleeding.  Mild Cramping in the beginning is normal. Progesterone DOES fluctuate but your numbers are good.  And it's only a week until you u/s BUT keep in mind...that if you are only a few weeks pregnant you most likely won't see anything other than a sac.  Don't let that alarm you...at 5wks 3 days All we saw was the sac, at 8 wks 3 days there was a fetal pole and healthy heart beat...he just turned one...So...remember..until you have a good reason to worry, try to relax.  :)

All you can do at this point is sit back and wait. I know it really stinks.....but waiting is all we can do. Start taking prenatal vitamins......and just hang in there. Congrats.
