So i'm on the pill (yasmin) but i'm not very faithful to taking it on time. If I forget a day I just double up the next day.

This month, i've had what felt like ovulation cramps (even though you aren't supposed to ovulate) around the time I would normally have them without the pill. I've experienced nausea and cold symptoms these past two weeks after supposed ovulation... Now, today my period is due because I stopped taking my pill 3 days ago to start the sugar pill week. Today it's only light brown spotting and only happened this morning and nothing since, no cramps like normal, nothing.

But me and my friends were on the pill whole way through school and we did that all the time and never got caught .. I doubt u r as the pill especially if u rnt taking it right gives you funny periods.. I was on it for 6 yrs lol.. Take a test and see what happens .. fingers crossed u get the result u hope for :) gd luck! And if not and ur worried id advise the implant! Its great!

The morning after pill is the same strength as 2 contaceptive pills.. Tho not 100% safe to b risky..

If you are not taking your pill properly than I would say the likely hood that you are pregnant is greater.  Doubling up on pills the next day does not make up for the one you forgot to take.  I know a lot of people that got pregnant because of doing the exact same thing.  It could also be that your cycle is messed up from not taking the pill the right way either.  If you did not take a test yet I would say to take one.  If it's negative then just wait a few more days.  If nothing then take another test again.  If that one is negative and it's been more than a week that you are late call you MD and request a blood test.
