Anxiety about labor

Hi, I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant and I have been having really bad anxiety attacks here recently Bc I have been super dizzy for some times now for months straight since before I fount out I was pregnant and since I've been pregnant it's been worse in so scared to give birth Bc I'm so dizzy 24/7 7 days a week.. Idk what is could be but sometimes I feel faint and it gets worse at night time just sitting there I start feeling like I'm rocking or swaying or something and when I lay down in bed it's like the bed is moving or I feel like I'm falling through the bed!! Can someone help me out with this and give me an idea of what I can do ? If you need more info about me and my test results or anything please feel free to ask I just want this to go away!!

Oh yeah they gave me vistaril for the anxiety but it makes it 10x worse so I don't take it.. And they thought I had an upper respiratory infection and gave me antibiotics which did not help the dizziness I've had blood work done where my WBC was high and RBC slightly low and everything I actually have anther post of my blood results.. They did say I was anemic but I haven't been anemic that long maybe 2/3 months and I've been dizzy for about 9/10 months now I also have headaches everyday sometime I don't get them until night time and I have lots of tension in my neck and back specially the upper part of my back and my neck is always tense and my eyes hurt really bad.. I have an appt to see an eye doctor Friday.. So hopefully I can get my glasses back my anxiety is so bad now that I am pregnant..

You could get tested for maybe low blood sugar or vertigo? My mom also suffers from horrible anxiety attacks and is dizzy all the time where she will randomly grab onto me to keep from falling. When she went to the doct they ran blood tests and everything showed up normal, they prescribed her both anxiety and vertigo medication but being pregnant im not sure if they can give you something to help. There are some helpful books on anxiety to help get it under control. Have you mentioned it to your doctor?
