It really ***** and it will only get worse as it gets closer to your due date. You really need to have someone to talk to and rely on. Just know that worrying will not take away your troubles, it will only take away your peace. Things will fall into place.
1. A good therapist if it's really bad. I was on a crazy amount of meds before pregnancy and I just can't function normally without them. There's a lot of things I can't do because of my anxiety but talking helps. 2. Benadryl was suggested by my psychiatrist since I couldn't take my meds. I was very skeptical but it does calm me down in the early evening quite a bit. 3. Yoga and meditation. I doubted this as well but began getting more into my prepregnancy routine with yoga and meditation a few weeks ago and it's helped tremendously. 3. Acceptance. Sometimes it's OK to feel anxious. Give yourself permission to break down every once and a while. Have a good cry then reset.
thank you ladies and your so rite! its gotton worse as im going farther into pregnancy never did i think i would get this im going to speek to my doctor next week about it :'/
