Anxiety

Anyone have problems with anxiety. U had it before I was pregnant but the closer to the end I get the worse its getting. An example is if I get a cold I automstically think the worst and think im drying. Its got to tge point where I dont want to talk to anyone just want to hide away

Yes! I've been hospitalized multiple times for it as well as depression.I'm only 28+4 but as it gets closer I find myself more anxious about every aspect. Labor, parenting, post partum depression, bonding with my child, etc. Inbox me if you need someone to talk to(:

I used to get panic attacks which led to suicidal thoughts im almost 38 weeks and im so scared i might get those when i go into labor i have a really bad cold and i feel so weak so tired and the anxiety starts to kik in :/ idk what to do to just relax and be okay for the good of my baby

Cause i hyperventilate myself and i feel ima faint

Ive gotten them really bad especially cause of my asthma :( idk how to deal with it but put my head and chest closer to my thighs... I feel like i cant breathe (asthma) but to the point i feel ima dye cause idk how to breathe..its scary

Im still in recovery for anxiety I had it before I was preggers..if u want to private message me you can and maybe I can give u some advice or try and help u...my anxiety is to a point where I dont have anymore episodes or panic attack I have just learned to live with it..sounds like u are kind of a hypochondriac also which I was also...
