Anxiety

Has anyone's anxiety got worse since you've gotten pregnant? What do you do to calm yourself down? Mine has gotten so bad and I can't calm myself down no matter what I do.

Yes awful. Especially since I'll be in labor in a few days... I'm seriously freaking out.

Mine has been hiding since I've been more cautious of my baby.. I feel as if I have to be very strong for baby & I and that probably helps me overcome it. It does start attempting to attack me sometimes.. Just like Anacristina.. It's Especially in the shower when I feel as if I'm trapped but luckily it hasn't been consistent or really bad.. Take care mommas & don't let it take control.

Mine is only bad when I am alone or away from my man. He keeps me sane, I swear.

Mine definitely has. :( its weird but theres a stuffed animal my boyfriend won for the baby at the fair and i hold on to that and somehow it calms me down.

Mine has. Mostly when im alone. Or taking a shower if the bathroom is too humid i feel as if theres no air and im gonna die. Lol. Then my throat swells up and i have to run out and lay on my bed wet, and calm myself down. Its very hard to keep calm when you feel as if your gonna faint any moment. O.o

Mine has I'm just trying my hardest to control my thoughts I don't wanna harm the baby...just stay positive we'll be fine! Its the hormones not us!

I have been having anxiety issues too. It's more being in public that it's triggered for some reason. I was on an anti depressant than they took me off when I found out I was prefnant. It ***** I'm learning to cope by myself since my Dr's wont help me

I had to start counseling. But when I need it I take hydroxizine which I got from my primary dr back in december before i got pregnant.
