Hi ladies! I am from the US, but visiting Alberta (Banff) in a few weeks! I will be 31 weeks when we arrive, and I was curious if you had any advice?? Or suggestions? I am a little concerned about the altitude & getting sick, have you had this problem or know anyone who has? (Maybe not because you're used to it, but just curious!)

We are due around the same time then. Very exciting! I have some family in Alberta. This is my first baby and so far all has been good. It's almost our time!

Oh yea I forgot myself. I'm 32 weeks today. From Alberta Canada. My pregnancy has been going pretty good. Except the protein last appoitment but hoping it'll turn out good
