My wife is 7 weeks pregnant with our first any remedies for morning sickness, anything as a new father need to prepare or get, any tips or tricks, Iam all ears

I can not help with morning sickness as i dont get it

But just support her alot if the baby has been up alot let her nap do some housework for her lots of cuddles for her she will need it :) and try to be there if you can get off work when the baby is first home

And just enjoy it its weird at first but it will get easier and a routine will form :)

She should eat small meals thruought the whole day, watermelon helped me, theres also a percription pill to take if the sickkness is uncontrolable :) gl

Crackers,Gatorade, soup, and make sure she drink a lot of water

Everything that allocate said. Also she can try keeping saltines on the night stand so in the morning eat a couple an lay there for 10-15minutes befpre getting up helps keep the stomach settled

Usually the thing that helps the mist is eating . She won't want to because she feels like throwing up but it's the only thing that actually helped me ...
