Pineapple

I'm 36 weeks and 5 days, and my doctor thinks I'm already in early labor, which she explained that it could still be weeks until I deliver. I've heard that eating fresh pineapple can induce labor, is it safe for me to eat it, or should I stay away from it until I'm closer to my due date?

I ate pineapple the night before i went into labor and I had a fire ball the morning I went into labor lol I swear that's what did it.

You would literally need to eat like 7-8 whole pineapples, core included, and even then it's just theory at best. There is no scientific proof that it'll help bring on labor.

Im 36 weeks and have eaten 2 pineapples with no issues.  If your body is ready then these things can jump start labour so id say it's completely safe.  Good luck x

Its safe. I had pineapples and mangoes. That helped me jumpstart labor. :)
