lifting

How much can u lift during pregnancy. I left about 20-40 pounds 5 days a week throughout the day. Is that bad?

Your muscles are more relaxed when you are pregnant so you have a higher risk of hurting yourself. The baby should be fine if yo are used to lifting that much. It's just you that might get hurt. So take care! :)

You can lift As much as you did before you got pregnant. Your body is used to that and that's fine. But don't start lifting more than you are uses too. I lift 50lbs but my body is used to it.

Well I've been lifting like that for about 8 months before pregnancy its usually 20 to 30 five times a day and almost 40 twice a day. I'm not sure if that's fine. I'm 20 weeks. I just don't want to hurt the baby.

My dr said no more than 20. And thats basically knocks out half of my job. It's difficult.

Depends on your Dr. mine said nothing over 15. I'm a nurse and lift oxygen tanks at times and that's the max I can lift.
