From the book "What to Expect when you're expecting:
The general time frame when a women could start to feel her baby move is anywhere between the 14th and 26th weeks, but generally closer to the average of 18th to 22nd week. If this is your first baby, more towards the later weeks. Where you plancenta lies can affect your feeling movement: if the plancenta is facing front, it can muffle the movements and make the wait for those kicks weeks longer. The book also states women with more padding in the middle, tend to not feel kicks as early where women with less padding, may feel movements sooner.
Hope this helps! I would call you OB office to chat with a nurse about it. You might be asked to come in to have the hb checked to re-assure you.
i would suggest that you go see your doctor.for check up and advice
