Miserable

I'm 7 weeks and to the point I'm miserable! Can't get a decent night's sleep worth anything, my stomach wakes me up because I'm either hungry or nauseous, my back throbs constantly, having to get up to go to the bathroom... can't wait to get to the 2nd trimester, ugh!

I know what you mean! I'm at week 10 and I'm starting to feel a little bit better. For aches, all you can really take is Tylenol which ***** :/ but for morning sickness, try eating just light meals throughout the day so your stomach is never empty, cause that's when you feel EXTRA nauseas. Maybe try some ginger ale, 7 up, sprite, coke... Something really carbonated to help ease your stomach. What works for me and lots of women for nausea is unisom and vitamin b6 together! The OBs recommend it a lot. And for sleep, I have ALWAYS had trouble sleeping even before pregnancy. Take the unisom by itself about a half hour before bedtime,(its a sleeping aid mostly) with water and nothing else and it should help you sleep! I have insomnia and it works for me. Doesn't make you sleep forever and all groggy either :) if you get the unisom, ask your pharmacy which one is best while pregnant cause there's a few different kinds. Both unisom and the vitamin B6 can be bought over the counter :) hope this helps!

And the peeing is gonna get worse too Lol... Just saying you don't even know the meaning of it yet.. Its horrible.
For me its like literally going to the bathroom, walking into the kitchen... And realizing I have to pee again. And it will be like every freaking 10 minutes sometimes IT *****
I get no sleep.
Also, BODY PILLOW. It helps so much as you get bigger!!! Cause it gets uncomfortable to sleep in any way so wedge it between your legs and under your tummy a little and you'll sleep like a baby (:

Yeah I had that too. But don't expect to feel better as soon as second trimester hits cause you probably won't. I didn't start feeling better until the end. Morning sickness is gone but the aches and pains are going to stay with you especially with your baby growing! They will move and kick and its going to take a strain on your back, as well as leg cramps and feet swelling.
BUT as far as nausea goes, you should ask your doctor about nausea pills. They help A LOT and they will give you a kind that is safe for your
baby :)

I promise it will get better. I had terrible morning sickenss from week 4-12. I am currently 13 weeks and just started feeling better. My biggest advice is dont force food down because throwing it up is terrible, if you can stick to liquids, do it until you feel better. I lived on gaterade and water and hot tea for 4 weeks and lost about 7 pounds and my doctor said that it was alright because I was able to hold liquids down. But if it gets to the point you cant hold the liquids down, make sure you go to the ER for fluids! The light at the end of the first trimester tunnel is near! :)
