When you sneeze you pee even if you do a kegel? How can I stop peeing myself?

I will try crossing my legs. I totally peed myself walking down the hill at my school and my cars broke down so I had to wait 3 hours for my hubby to get off work and come get me. I locked myself in a practice room so no one would have to smell me lol. I didn't bring a change of clothes. I'm definitely gonna start though.

Crossing my legs help me. yeah sometimes they come so fast that i dont have time to cross my legs but that's only happened about 2 times my entire pregnancy. im 32 weeks.

I cross my legs. XD I'll stop, even if out in public, and cross my legs. I usually never pee myself. Maybe once or twice. Lol. Can't hurt to try it right? Or sit down maybe. If all fails you could use a panty liner or light pad that you can easily remove.

This was happening to me but I started holding tight down there when ill sneeze and it helped me because when you sneeze you usually let go  down:)

Yea if you figure it out me know also. This never happened with my first but now it's constantly when I sneeze uugghh lol

Wen i nd to sneeze i hold me nose n run to toilet sometimes i dont make it bt i wud really lv to nw ow to stop it i feel really old am only 24
