Anyone?

Has anyone become diabetic while being pregnant?  I did my glucose testing yesterday and I received a call from my dr saying it's a little high and I have to go back Monday to do the glucose test again. Which will take up to 3 hrs and blood be drawn 4 times. I'm scared I hope everything comes out ok.

I faild mine and my sugar was so high I didn't get a second test. I'm sure you will pass but if not its not bad. You just check your sugar 2-4 times a day and go by the diet they give you. And work out. That's what I do and my sugar have been normal.

I am! I started out pricking my finger 4 times a day for 2 weeks. My numbers were insanely great and my doctor changed me to 4 times a week!!!!!! Just because you failed your 1 hour test doesn't mean you'll fail you're 3 hour.

I just hope everything turns out ok. I've been trying to eat healthy more lately.  Do you think iced tea is bad to be drinking?

That happened to me this time around. Dont worry it will prolly be nothing. With me I wasnt told to fast before hand. And tada that was the problem. And if worse casanario you have it. Just think like this. It will be the healthiest you have prolly ever ate in your life. And your baby will thank you for it.
