Went for s message earlier and the therapist  was telling me that she wasn't suppose to tell me but since I'm having a planned c section & not wanting to put myself in labor that she would tell me a little secret lol.. in between your thumb and index finger is a pressure point that if you hold tightly will cause your uterus to manually contact. She said you do this over n over for about 15 mins and that usually is enough to throw you into active labor. Also the inner ankle is connected to your uterus also.  So an intense rub could also do the trick.  Good luck lady.

Walking is fine, but you can try and make it more fun than that. Dance a little, nothing that will make you fall but still lol go up and down the stairs, again don't run. sit on your bed and bounce or use one of those yoga balls. Pretty much anything physical won't hurt lol honestly I plan on doing the gangnam style dance if my little girl doesn't arrive by her due date haha
