Anything? Please answer.

I'm a ftm @ 38 weeks, and these 12 days I have left are just dragging.. It feels like its taking forever. Lol. I was wondering if there were any way to naturally speed up the process and make labor just a littlee bit closer? Or maybe some activities I can do to make time go bye faster? The doctor said I should stay off my feet as much as possible and its getting to me. & I've tried cleaning but my back splits in two.  Any suggestions? (: much appreciated!

I'm 38 weeks as well and I've been drinking raspberry leaf tea and trying to do 30 mins of walking a day. I've heard lunges work well and squats too but only if you aren't in too much pain, I know my hips hurt when I try to do them. Wish there was a way of speeding things up but we might have to kick back and enjoy it while it lasts lol good luck!

If you can reach,  try putting pressure on your big toes, that can bring on contractions. Try walking and doing lunges, that helped me go into labor with my second pregnancy.
