Arbys roast beef
Does anyone know for sure if its safe to eat Arbys roast beef ?
I just had some yesterday! You need to make a trip to get some. They were to die for!
This makes me sad. They closed ALL the arbys in my area and a cheddar roast beef sounds so good.
They roast the beef at high temps for a long time. I worked there before and it was always cooked to above what it needed to in order to be safe. They have special probes that set an alarm off when it hits the correct temperature. As long as you're eating the roast beef it will be fine. The special sandwiches like reuben are heated in the microwave and come out steaming hot. I've read you can eat any deli type meat as long as it is steaming hot and not cold
