Are gummy prenatals the same as the hard prenatals?

For some reason I was told by someone. That gummy prenatals arent as good as the hard vitamin prenatals? Does this mean im consuming less of my vitamins. Seems like my baby is taking my nutrients which is causing my hair to fall out.

I have both and compared them. Gummy vitamins don't have as much in them but they're easier on the tummy.

Hair loss is just another symptom of pregnancy. Check your vitamins and if something is missing just buy whays missing.

Depends on whic brand u get. Some dint have iron, DHA in them, or Calcium. My Vitafusions are good, they contain everything except iron but I eat tons of iron enriched foods so no problem.

My doctor actually recommended the gummy prenatals to me, so they are perfectly fine. The only thing they don't have is iron I believe.
