BAD ACNE

So I'm pregnant with my 2nd baby and I'm 14 weeks, acne has been one of the biggest problems I've had so far(besides heartburn),my face gets so sensitive I could barely touch it at times. My wedding ceremony is in a couple weeks I'm not praying for a miracle  ( well yea im) lol, anyone one knows of anything that I could use that would help? PLEASE

What I use that works really well is the sulfur soap bar. I wash my face in the morning and night but leave it for 10 min then I rinse it off with cold water and after I just use coconut oil as a moisturizer because everything else make me break out more or it irritates my skin. Sorry for the long post!! Hope this helps!!

there is a soap called purpose...it's in the facial cleaning isle. it works wonders...safe to use daily and all over your body. it also comes in a pump soap/foam.

I just washed my face every day twice a day with just water. You just have to keep the rutien going or it won't work

I definitely have the same problem so if anyone has a decent solution even if it just minimises my acne it would be a huge help, I don't have the time and energy for makeup now I'm pregnant with twins, I just want to sit in my sweat pants and be lazy lol
