Tomorrow I'm being induced. I'm nervous! Any of you have stories for me so I know what to expect?

Oh ok. Man I figured it would be light foods. Lol omg well hopefully I'll be dialated tomorrow and everything will go smoothly. I wish I could go full term and let labor come on it's own but it's for the best.

Thank U and I had asked the same when I went in last Sunday at 6 and all they told me  to eat light food like fruits, soups jello's and salads but when I got there they told me to eat lol Cus the labor would take long unless ur body is already dilated where ur already put on, on pitocin then they will tell u not to eat nothing solid I'm also going in tomorrow at 6 and I'm being put on cervidil again to make me dilate so I probably don't have to worry about what I have to eat intill Monday...

I'm being induce for the second time tomorrow since the first time it didn't work out for me and honestly it was a bad experience for me but trust me not everyone is the same I'm hoping and praying for me tomorrow is different and I get to meet my baby girl no later then Monday night! But anyways good luck and wish u and easy fast labor!!

My first was indused! Mine was a bad experiance so don't think urs is gonna be like mine! My doc out me in saying I was 39 weeks to induce! That night they started the drip and the sidotec to soften my cervix! I was having VERRY mild contractions (I didn't even feel them) so the stopped the sidotec! The next morning my doc came in and checked me I was 1/2 cm. He then told me if he came back and there wasn't enough of a change he would send me home to try a week later! He came back a couple hours later and I was 1cm he then broke my water! I was mad! He left this was around 7am. I started contrations (hard) they have me my epidoral at 2cm. At the same time my mom said they was still comeing in giving me pain meds in my iv. I don't remember. He came back around noon and I was at 4cm. He said it was gonna be a long day! Finally at 10pm he came in cause my baby had went into destress. He then told me we had to do c-section. When she came out she was blue and wasn't breathing do to all the pain meds they had been giving me! Come to find out she wasn't even in the birth canal when he started all of this. She was only around 36-37 weeks. She was so small and only weighed 5lbs and 16in long. Now she is a healthy 9 yr old and looking forward to her baby brother in feb.
