When i got my bfp i had an u/s and you couldnt see anything yet! Im now 33+ weeks! Some cysts do produce hcg but generally its a very small amount so id recommend looking at peeonastick.com and looking up levels different tests pick up hcg and get a less sensitive test like if you used an early detection test some pick up hcg as low as 10.5 so shoot for one that picks up at 25 or 50 that way you can be almost certain it positive. How far along are you supposed to be? Every woman is diff. I was about a week late for my cycle and you couldnt yet see anything except i think they said my walls looked thicker. Lets us know the results!

me too, i have PCOS or polycystic ovary syndrome. I have miscarried two months ago, and then last week i took HCG test and it turned out positive. The next day I had a pregnancy test again, then it was negative. Today I went to the hospital and confirmed that it's my PCOS that causes hormonal imbalance.

Try to give it another week or so and have another HCG test again. If it turns out positive, then you are 100% pregnant. Have a second opinion if necessary, or have a transvaginal ultrasound to make sure if you're having an ectopic pregnancy.
I wish you good luck!
