BH VS Contractions?

So i know you can have BH during pregnancy. Ill be 26 weeks wednesday and i feel like i get them more and more. I feel this weird tightening around my whole belly area. Today i felt weird since the early morning. Its 11:15am here and since around 10am i been feeling tightening about every i dont know 5-10 minutes. I dont have much back pain, just a slight ache. Im trying not to freak out because BH are normal. Baby has been moving around like crazy this whole time. Should i worry or relax?? Im at work and just trying to go about my day, drinking water, having my snacks and so on. I dont really know what contractions feel like, this is my first baby! Some advice would really help. Thanks!!!

Contractions feel nothing like Braxton Hicks contractions.  They are very painful whereas BH contractions are just uncomfortable.  It's hard to explain how they feel but you will definitely know when you are having them.  They are pretty powerful.

Those are still def BH so i wouldn't worry too much. Its when the cramping and pains come along with it is when u want to worry. Until then just make sure you DRINK lots of liquids, when i was having the BH after they stopped the real contractions, the nurse told me that the liquids will help relax your uterus.
