I'm going to the store in the morning and I am going to buy a body ball . any ideas on how to use it as far as to get ready for labor. I might even bring it when its time for me to go in labor also
Do u mean a workout ball ? Ya it helps. I sit on that when my hips start to hurt for a bit and it helps and if uYouTube It you lll see a lot of different ways to uses it
