My scaiatic nerve is pinched and I can't walk! how can I fix this? Help!

I'm in the same boat. I'm 22 weeks with my second and have had it since I was 10 weeks into my first pregnancy. My doctor wont do anything and its frustrating cause I have a 10 month old I can't keep up with and I'm a stay at home mom.
Best advice I have is to invest in a heating bad, extra strength tylenol and sleep ONLY on the opposite side from the affected area.

The only thing I know is ask your ob to refer you to a pain clinic were they can give you a shot to ease the pain I had to do that with my last pregnancy.
