When do your mocus plug comes out? And has anyone try epo and dates im 35+1 and do you do the epo when your mocus plug comes out or do it when its still there.... any advice please

The white creamy discharge is normal throughout the whole pregnancy. It's your hormones coming out. As long as it don't smell your fine. Mucus plugs are brown and bloody.
