cramping

19 weeks 1day, I woke up cramping this morning and I'm super freaked! This is my second baby but it's been 4 years so I can't remember if this is normal? It's kind of like mild period cramps from my belly button down. And also it feels better when I push a little (like when I go to the bathroom tmi sorry). I just need someone to say it's normal =(

yes yes cramping is completely normal it freaked me out too but its normal & don't stress unless its accompanied by blood, then you need to call a doctor but no blood is just your body adjusting! :)

As long as their is no blood. I wouldn't worry too much. Cramping is totally normal. Remember your uterus is a muscle and it can hurt as it stretches.
