bad acid reflux 37 weeks

Im 37 weeks+2 and my whole pregnancy i have had bad acid reflux but last night and a few nights ago i have woke up choking in my sleep and then acid reflux would come up through my mouth and nose, i have tried everything and i didnt get much sleep last night because of it, im very exhausted but was wandering should i become concern about how bad it has gotten, should i call the midwife? And what else can i try to relieve it??

I have really bad acid reflux to. I'm 35 weeks. The only thong that helps me is a lot of tums and milk. Try to stay away from acidy foods like tomatoe anything!!! That's the worst on me. Hope I helped !

I have had bad reflux the whole time too but never that bad! Sounds horrible! However I was lucky enough baby dropped lower and I haven't had it in a few nights fingers crossed. I'm 38 weeks so hopefully same will happen for you :)

Oh hopefully that happends to me too! Yeah it is horrible and such a pain because im so tired and every time i sleep it happends, i have cut down into smaller portions of meals and avoided most foods but still nothing so hopefully bub drops and gives me some peace x:)
