^^^ I heard that too but I don't believe superstition. I make 3 months in a week. So that's when I'm gonna start buying stuff because 1st trimester is the highest for miscarriage. So I feel like I made it!

Idk how true or not it is but my mom told me it is bad luck to start buying stuff that early .. To wait at least 6 months but everyone is different

Leave some stuff for your baby shower! It helps to set a dead line too. I wanted nothing more than to fill my house with onesies but I madenmyself wait until the second ultrasound to confirm the sex. It also gives you time to touch base with friends and family. There are now boxes of used baby things in my house a good amount of it unused with the tags on. Save your money for a longer maternity leave ora trip in your sesecond trimester when you feel great again!
