Should I be concerned?

Hi this is my first time here and I'm really hoping everything is ok. I'm 25 years old. I was supposed to get my period on the 22 of Jun, took a pregnancy test on the 25th and it came back positive. I've been feeling cramps and lower back pain how I usually feel when I'm going to get my period, and this morning I saw signs of my menstruation? Is this normal?

Anytime you experience bleeding while pregnant it warrants a call or visit to your doctor.

You do not need to go to the ER unless you have intense pain, fever, faintness, etc. There is nothing the ER is going to be able to do for you. I'd wait until morning and call first thing.

I agree. Call your doctor. cramps like a period are signs of pregancy. They actually feel like you could start any minute. Spotting is common but I would check with the doctor just to be sure. Hopefully everything is ok.

You had bleeding????

You should go straight to your docs or Hosp if the docs are closed...
because bleeding in pregnancy isnt good but sometimes can mean nothing is wrong. But if you go to the hosp and say you have one sided abdominal pain and bleeding they will scan you asap.

Good Luck,

xx
