Worrying myself, confused, help

I don't feel pregnant... I am actually losing weight, but don't have morning sickness. I am a thin young lady normally and it has always been difficult for me to gain weight I could eat a whole pizza by myself and not gain a thing (I consider this a blessing, except for now). I know when women are pregnant they are supposed to eat more calories and gain more weight but it seems impossible for me. As I have said before I don't feel pregnant... I do have breast tenderness but it isn't bad at all. I took another pregnancy test this morning and it came out negative... Which confuses me because the last two I took the past two days were positive...? I don't know what is going on with me... I am wondering if my miscarriage in December messed up my entire hormones -- since it has given me late periods since and this is just a late period. But I am still confused on why the tests would be positive? Could I have had a miscarriage without blood? I have been noticing bad, bad cramping to the point where I am doubling over...There are just so many questions. The doctor is out of town and I don't know where else to go, or who to ask...

Since you've had a loss I wouldn't exercise my doctor has put me on limited activity and no lifting over 5lbs until you see your doctor you should take it easy. And dont worry symptoms every pregnancy is different im almost 8wks and really only have sore boobs and they've jumped 2 sizes. Keep your head up and hopefully you'll have a little baby in there cooking(: cuz false positives do rarely ever happen if your cramps get bad id take a trip to the er its never a bad thing to be safe(:

If  the cramps get extremely painful to the point where you cant stand it I would call your doctor and if its accompanied by blood I would go to the hospital.

Well that is kind of good to know haha hopefully I won't start feeling it until then either. But yeah, I am going to the doctor this week and I won't take any more tests. I am taking vitamins, exercising (lightly), and eating healthy. I understand that cramping is normal during pregnancy, but if it is unbearable, like a bad period cramp, should I be worried?

If you did get possitve test results, then you can bet on them! Faulse negatives are fairly coomen but faulse possitves are not. I am in the same boat as you, always been tiny and I don't gain wait. Never had morning sickness once and the only symptom u had was sore boobs and no period. U did not stat to gain wait till 16 weeks or so and I am just now tarting to feel pregnant at 26+4! Do yourself a favor and don't rake any more tests, ut only breeds worry. Schedual a doctors appointment for as soon as you can, and don't stress!
