Your doctor shouldn't be stressing you out about a small weight gain. Doctors do know best but don't get obsessed about it. Make sure you eat 6 small healthy balanced meals and exercise a bit. Good luck!

7 pound in 20 wks seems like reasonable weight gain. Is that how much you've gained?

My doctor was on me a lot about my weight too, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just don't go to crazy! ;) I was so anxious to be able to eat what I wanted, but really I should have been eating what I needed! But, it's okay. :) Just watch what you eat!:)
