So ladies, I had my 37w ob check today. Great news to hear she can feel my sons head and I'm already at 3cm. I was just 1 last week..I go in for my induction on the 27th if little man decides he doesn't want to come out by then... Anything I can do to dialate more??? And what cm is active lab or??? Don't think I can make it two more weeks because I am so miserable..

Walk lots, my last pregnancy i was dialated 3 cm and i walked up and down the stairs in building like 100 times a day literally and thats four stories of stairs. Or bounce on one of those big boucy balls bt not everyone has one of those.

Once you are past 5 cm it is considered active labor.
