Real contraction u will know the different u will have them more often and more painful to point were u need to stand up
Also real contractions hurt in your whole tummy and your lower back and they steadily get worse in intensity and they get closer
labor contractions are more painful and they are regular. my doctor said when they last about a minute and are every five minutes for two hours , I should call. that's just my doctor, talk to yours to find out when it's your time.
