Baby acne

Anyone else's baby suffer from baby acne? Can you do anything to help it and when does it go away normally? She's 2 weeks right now and it looked like it was going away then today she woke up with tons of red bumps all over the right side of her face :(

My boy had it, I had him at docs cause he had v bad diarrhoea for a couple weeks (viral thing) and the dr mentioned his skin to me and gave me Dermol 500 cream for it, can be used as a cream on its own or as a soap substitute for getting washed and it cleared his skin up in less than a week x

My son had it so bad, it took a couple weeks to go away.  If its really hot it could be a heat rash though

My son looked like a prepubescent 12 year old. He had baby acne every where. It just goes away. Give it a few weeks
