epo???need advice
Has anyone taking evening primrose oil and it worked for them???? If so How much did you take orally and vaginal???
Hasn't worked for me and I've been taking it almost 2 weeks. Around 3 orally a day and 3-5 vaginally. I'm 39+5 and only 1 1/2 dilated
I heard so many stories about it working for women but has anyone had negative sid effects from it???
@chantel1117 Do you wash/shower/clean your area after sex before putting them in? Or not? I heard to let the semen sit in as long as possible....
I had sex last night let him finish in me then put the EPO in. I did (4) 1,000mg and lost my mucus plug today but it wasn't bloody. I will be doing it again tonight. They open when they go inso I advise sex before the EPO.
@ericatoday have you ever put them in & had sex a few hours after(allowing him to finish in you)? Or can you put them in before sex(& before he finishes in you)?
3 vaginally every night. Wear a liner. And I'm guessing it worked for me because it got my body ready when I took castor oil I thined and dilated super fast. I was all ready down there
