First time for everything i guess

Hi there,
I found out i was pregnant July 31,2012 and experienced quite a few symptoms. Was nauseas all day breasts are extremely sensitive and morning sickness for approx 2 weeks after we found out. Now the nausea is gone, and same with the morning sickness. My breasts are still a tad bit tender but not as severe....I'm worried something could be wrong. I have seen the doctor but no bloodwork yet or ultrasound. By the calendar I believe I'm 8 weeks. I took 3 home tests 2 digital and 1 regular test and all came back positive. Should I be concerned about my lack there of symptoms??

This is my second baby, with my first I had no symptoms, the only thing that made me take a test was that i was beginning to not be able to button my jeans anymore lol but i can see why u would be worried, I would try not to stress it tho, I know its easier than it sounds and I'm not gona say that nothing is wrong because I don't know that for sure, but if i were you I would just try to take it easy and wait and see what happens at ur Dr visit. And if it is bad news, (been there) then you just try again, if its what you want. That's what I did ,
:) sorry if its not a lot of help, and I'm 33 weeks on baby number 2, so just try not to stress it too much yet.

dont worry about what everyone else says. some women dont have symptoms and some do. but them saying that and you stressing is not good for anyone. and it accomplishes nothing.. just tell them thank you for your concern but please stop saying things that may worry me. honestly tho not everyone gets morning sickness or other stuff like that.

its very common to be worried at this stage. i never had any pregnancy symptoms at all and not even sore breasts!! as long as you dont experience bleeding then everything should be fine. I just had my baby 8 days ago and i worried at every appt something was wrong until she started kicking me at 15 weeks!!
