Baby clothes

Is it really possible to have too much clothes? I think I have like 10-15 newborn and 0-3 mo onesies. That's just from what people have given to me. I still will be getting things at my baby shower too. My mother in law says we have to much and gets mad at us.

since your having a fall baby (im having my 2nd winter baby!) make sure you have a bunch of NB hats since its chilly in october and maybe a 0/3 or 3/6 month snow suite. oh and lots of socks, idk if it was just my daughter but when she was a NB she always kicked her socks off and we were constantly losing them!!

Definitely more sleepers, and get clothes for 3-12 months. Start stocking up on thoes. When the summer clothes go on sale, hit thoes sales up and get clothes for next year. It's all about stocking up and saving $$$$

Your mother in law is just picking lol that's no where near too much stuff. Plus its your baby and if its your first do it up. As long as you can afford it do as you please. I'm going shopping in about another month for 9 to 12 month clothes and she'll be here in 15 days the shopping never stops lol

thats not alot of clothes at all, You will need bottoms to those onesies and pjs  and depending on when you are due,you going to need sweaters/hoodies..you will may be changing the baby 2-3 times a day and if the baby has problems with spitting up/throwing up it will be alot more times then that. My daughter had 2 closets full of NB-0/3 clothes. She still up to this day (19 months old) has a closet stuffed full and a dresser. I was doing laundry every 3 days because all she did was spit up/throw up. Its good to have alot of extra clothes.

You can never have enough. If it's space you can always cycle out the sizes as baby grows. Better to be well prepared.
