Sometimes you have to do it for a few days. I posted about it last night. I cramped at one point in the night pretty bad but they kinda wore off. And I took some this morning a little contractions nothing serious.

It's supposed to help naturally induce due to the high Ph in Orange juice and low Ph in Milk... I have no idea how it works or if it even does! But  it's worth a try and it taste like an orange dreamsicle!

I'm curious of this method.... what is it your supposed to do? im 31 weeks so I'm not doing it for another 6 weeks or anything,  but I'm curious nonetheless

I tried it at 37weeks and it done nothing but it did tast good but good luck maby it will work for you
