Baby movement and sex

As of today i am 17 weeks and 3 days with my second pregnancy should i be feeling babys movement by now!? And how early can the sex be determined

they say most of the time when you are in your first pregnancy you feel around 20-22 weeks after more then one or more births you can feel it around  13-20 weeks. They wouldn't tell me until 19 weeks 2 days which was yesterday what I was having and I had multiple ultrasounds hopefully that helps

I found out last week at 16w im having a boy but thats because i did a sneak peak which i paid outta pocket for,most docs do it around 20w.an feeling movement is different for everybody i started feeling it around 14w but like i said everyones different.
