Continuation from previous question

Okies so I just found out that the reason I have been gettin sudden stinging in my cervix is from movements/pressure from bumples! I was wondering now if that would maybe be a sign of him dropping? Any comment would be useful :) 37+2

I loved it.  It allows your hips to relax and in a natural position which helps to get them positioned right when they do drop.  And when your hips start to spread that's a whole new feeling, lol.  Just dont get too distracted on the ball.  I had to have my hubby help me off the ball cause I couldnt feel my legs, haha.

Could be...when mine dropped it felt like I had a bowling ball rolling around on my pelvic bone.  Sometimes it was dull pain, sonetimes sharp.  And everything felt tight with pressure as well.  I sat on a yoga ball a lot and bounced or just rolled from side to side while watching tv and that helped a bunch.  Good luck!
