Baby play pin?

My bf mom offered us a baby play pin from his sisters child and said her son slept in it when he was born and stuff and saying my child should..is that even something to sleep in? Should I just get a crib? Cause that sound a little odd to me but idk?

I think it's more of a personal preference. A lot of people use play pens and a lot of people use cribs. It's more of what you feel best using for you child. If you're okay with a play pen, then use that. :) If not, get a crib. Lol.

My daughter used her playpen (aka pack n' play) until she was around 18 if not more months. She loved it. We skipped the crip all together and went to a toddler bed. And it actually saved us some money. :)

Yeah if it's the combo one, I'd definitely take it, but keep in mind once baby can sit up on it's own the bassinet part is no good because They can fall out

We have a playpin set up in our room that has a bassinet, rocking chair and changing table for our little one until we move into our new house. If its JUST a play pen, I would definitely decline. But I think its all personal preference in the end of what you want to do. Your little one may not even like a crib.
