Im about to go on 9 weeks soon and i have lost 11 pounds gained 5 pounds and lost 5 pounds again they say its normal but i havent been sick or even throwing up am I ok or is something seriously wrong
It just means ur hormones are going up and down. Hormones are responsible for metabolic responses so not to worry. Ull gain plenty before its over!
