Babysitting

I am currently 23 weeks and babysit Mon-Thurs 7am to 2pm every day for my best friend. The kids are 4yr and 6mth. They are relatively easy to care for and I really enjoy it.. But I'm wondering when I should stop baby sitting them? I know at 35 weeks I get my cerclage removed and can go anytime after that, but I'm also high risk and could honestly go into labor at anytime.. I try not to lift the little one but sometimes I have to but it doesn't bother me. I know plenty of you are pregnant with multiple children and toddlers and you are just fine.. So I'm not too concerned at the moment, just looking for a reasonable time to give my friend so she can find other arrangements for her children before my son comes.

I've been off and on bed rest my entire pregnancy so I'm sure it'll happen again but I worry about stressing her to find a new sitter but I have to worry about my little one first so I suppose I'll be talking to her today about it.

I am also very high risk & lifting is all bad for you. I recently had to be put on total bed rest except for bathroom use. my cerclage now is my only hope. you should probably look into finding a replacement sooner than later just to make sure you &  your little one will be fine
