Back Labour

What does it feel like? Is it regular contractions or constant? I have had backache since yesterday and what feels like pressure down below but is it just the way he is lying? I'm only 32+3 any advice would be appreciated.

It.can either come and go like contractions or be constant. They say if it's constant you are suppose to try and relieve it with a warm bath, heating pad forva little bit, laying down for awhile, etc. If it doesn't ease up at all it could be back labor and you should give them a call or go in.

My back contractions were like in the middle of my back, and didn't come and go. It was constant. By the time I went to the er I was dilated to three! Lol, I thought it was just a backache, but I guess it wasn't.

It's like horrible period cramps that come and go. They're in your back and wrap around the front of your pelvis and come in waves. At least that's how it was for me with both kids.

I had slow labour with my son who was back to back, personally i found it crippling i could not talk through the contractions but i wasnt even in established labour by that stage :/ it was irregular contractions for a day before he was born. For me it felt like i was 8cm dilated and i wasnt even 3cm by the time i asked for epidural. He was my second, my first birth was fantastic. I am a bit anxious as to which way this labour will go
