Back Pain??

Ladies I'm 38 weeks+1& I'm having bad back pain, what can I do to relieve it???

Welcome! I couldn't time mine because they aren't consistent enough but they do come and go and random times and they are pretty far apart

If their timeable and get more intense it could be the start of back labor. Its what i had during my whole labor. And it was only in my lower back.

It was my lower back. It got to the point to where I was in tears for how bad it was. I tried drinking water to stop it but didn't help. My contractions were about 5-7 min apart. I went in after it going on for a day. Wish you best of luck.

^ same here I've been having contractions in my lower back since Saturday...so I would keep an eye out if youre having back pain

Really? Was it your whole back? Or just your lower back? Its been on & off all day.

With my first born I had the same problem it wasn't getting any better so I went to the hospital an they told me I was having contractions. It's considered back contractions.
