Back Pain

Whenever I sleep flat on my back I get a really bad pain in the bottom of my back, Is that normal?

It could be because you aren't suppose to be sleeping on your back (if past first trimester) it restricts blood flow to the fetus.

You shouldn't lay on your back, the side is better. Especially your left side

It's normal. It's just your baby siting on your nerves . I have super bad back pain in my pregnancy, to where I'm in tears and the only thing that helps me is tylonal, a warm bath, and an exercise ball and we resting to. Try sleeping on your side.!
