pregnant or not?
I have a really confusing situation. My LMP was Jan13, 2008. We did intercourse on 12 and 19th. On Jan 22nd I had stomach pain and I went to urgent care. They did a urine test and it was -ve. And on 23rd I went to my Gyn and they did a blood test and found that I am pregnant. They have done a scan on 24th and it was normal. I have been using the prenatal and feeling like pregnant. And I went for another scan on Feb 12th. They could not find anything. The doc said there was some fluid kind of thing and wait for the blood test results. The HCG levels did increase from 211 (on Jan23rd) to 2000 (on Feb5th). I also tried a HPT it was +ve.
My question is, the scan did not show anything bcoz its too early? and what is the fluid in the uterus? should I count my LMP as jan13 or before month period? bcoz we did intercourse only on 19th. Is it possible to ovulate on 9thday? I have very regular periods.
Any answers are appreciated. I am very nervous and confused what is happening.

dont worry. Is the bleeding heavy or just spotting? Did u call ur doctor?

same thing happened to me.. four weeks went in for u/s and could not see anything only fluid .... so nothing to worry about !
however, sadly, for me ended not good.. i am not almost six weeks and i just bled for 4 days (no cramps or anything)... so i think i lost it =( really sad.. but doc is going to HCg in a couple of weeks and i am just keeping my fingers crossed. no

the doctor said she is not sure what is it, since it is too early lets wait for one more week.
If you had a scan on th 12th you were only like 4week some days, I would say it was too early to see anything! You should count by your LMP and if any changed the scan will tell you. I dont know anything about the fluid, if your dr. wasnt worried I wouldnt be.
is my question is long and confusing? no answers. any idea /suggestions are really appreciated
